Questions, answered
What counts as a request?
One clearly defined website change that can normally be completed in about 30 minutes or less on our platform — adding a page, updating pricing, adding a team member, publishing content you supply, swapping photos, adding an FAQ. If something is bigger than that, we will tell you before we start.
Can I roll over unused requests?
Unused requests roll over for one month, then expire. So on Professional you could start a month with up to 6 requests — but credits do not accumulate indefinitely.
Do I have to subscribe monthly?
Not on Starter. $299 builds, launches and hosts your website for a year with no ongoing commitment. Superhero Care at $19/month is optional and adds a monthly request plus managed updates. Professional and Growth include the monthly plan, because the service relationship is the point.
What happens after the first year?
If you are on any monthly plan, hosting stays included — there is no renewal invoice. Starter customers without Care can either add Care at $19/month, which includes hosting, or move to managed hosting at $99/year.
How fast will my requests be completed?
Most standard requests are turned around within a couple of business days. Professional and Growth get priority, moving your requests to the front of the queue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, and you keep full ownership of your website.
What if I need something bigger than a request?
Complex features, custom development and deep integrations are quoted separately by our custom development team at Ecropolis. That keeps standard requests fast and predictable for everyone.
