Website maintenance,
without chasing a developer
You like your website. You just can't get it changed. The person who built it has moved on, is too busy, or quotes a few hundred dollars to swap a photo. We move your site onto our system and look after it from then on: you ask for a change in plain English, and we make it.
The website is fine. Getting it changed isn't.
The developer stopped answering
The person who built it moved on, and nobody else has the login or knows how it was put together.
Every small change is a quote
Updating a price turns into an invoice and a two-week wait, so the price never gets updated.
It's out of date, and it shows
Last year's hours, a service you stopped offering, a photo of someone who left.
Nobody wants to touch it
It mostly works, and everyone is afraid that changing one thing will break another.
None of that is a design problem. It's a maintenance problem, and it's the one we built Superhero Technologies to solve.
Agencies make their money on the build
Agencies, ours included, earn their money building websites. A small change is unprofitable one at a time, so it gets quoted high, queued behind bigger projects, or folded into a retainer you pay whether you need anything or not. The site that was right on launch day slowly stops being true.
Superhero Technologies is the small-business side of Ecropolis, and we built it to turn those small changes into the product: a flat monthly fee that includes them, handled by the people who run your site.
Move it once, then just ask
We move your site
We rebuild it on our system, keeping the look you already like or freshening it if you'd rather. Your content and your domain stay yours, and we keep your page addresses or redirect the ones that change.
You ask for changes
Send a request in plain English. There is no editor to learn and no plugin to update.
We make them
AI does the production work, and a person checks and approves every change before it goes live. Most standard requests are turned around within a couple of business days.
It stays current
Hosting, SSL, CDN and backups are included. There is no plugin or database to patch, because the finished site is static files on a global network.
Website maintenance pricing, in full
One price to move your site, then a flat monthly fee that includes your changes.
| Plan | Move your site, once | Maintenance | Changes included | Pages |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $299 | $19 /month, optional | 1 request per month with Care | Up to 3 pages built at launch |
| Professional | $599 | $49 /month | 3 requests per month | Up to 8 pages built at launch |
| Growth | $999 | $99 /month | 6 requests per month | Up to 15 pages built at launch |
- The one-time price is the plan's launch fee: rebuilding your site on our system, with the design you have or a fresh one.
- Extra changes are $25 each. A page beyond your plan's count is $50 during the move; once you're live, adding a page is one request.
- Hosting has no page limit, so a bigger site never costs more per month.
- Unused requests roll over for one month, then expire.
- This is pilot pricing while we work with our first group of customers, and we confirm the exact figure with you before you commit.
What maintenance here is not
We don't keep patching whatever your site runs on now, whether that is WordPress ora site builder. We move the site off it, which is why there is nothing left to patch: no plugins, no database, just finished pages. Why that matters.
If your site genuinely needs WordPress, a shop with hundreds of products, or member logins, a maintenance plan is the wrong tool. WordPress work stays with Ecropolis, and custom apps go to Superhero Labs. And if your site doesn't need anything, we will tell you that too.
Questions about moving and maintenance
Do I have to redesign my site?
No. We can keep the design you already have, or freshen it while we move it. The price is the same either way and depends on how many pages the site has: each plan moves up to a set number, and a page beyond that is $50. After the move, adding a page is one request and never raises your monthly price.
Will moving my site hurt my Google rankings?
Part of the move is keeping your page addresses, or redirecting the ones that change, so search engines can follow the site to its new home. Rankings can move around for a few weeks after any site move; keeping the addresses is what lets them settle back.
What counts as a change?
One clearly defined website change that can normally be completed in about 30 minutes or less on our platform — adding a page, updating pricing, adding a team member, publishing content you supply, swapping photos, adding an FAQ. If something is bigger than that, we will tell you before we start.
How fast are changes made?
Most standard requests are turned around within a couple of business days. Professional and Growth get priority, moving your requests to the front of the queue.
What if I don't use all my requests?
Unused requests roll over for one month, then expire. So on Professional you could start a month with up to 6 requests — but credits do not accumulate indefinitely.
Who owns the website?
Your content and your domain are yours throughout. The finished design becomes yours once the launch fee is paid, and monthly plans can be canceled at any time.
What if my site has a shop or member logins?
That is application work rather than a website, so a maintenance plan does not cover it. Superhero Labs, our custom development team at Ecropolis, scopes and quotes it properly.
