Superhero Service Terms

Version 1.4 · In effect from September 30, 2026

These are the product terms for Superhero Technologies. They sit under the Ecropolis Terms of Service, which is the agreement itself — your contract is with Ecropolis, LLC, and that document covers payment, liability, confidentiality and governing law. This page covers what Superhero includes and its own refund and cancellation policy. Where the two differ on something specific to Superhero, this page controls.

1. What you get

We design and build a website for your business, publish it, host it, and make changes to it on request. The number of pages we build for launch, the number of revision rounds during the build, and the number of update requests each month depend on the plan you buy.

PlanLaunch feeMonthlyPagesRevisionsRequests
Starter$299$19 (optional)Up to 3 pages built at launch11 request per month with Care
Professional$599$49 (required)Up to 8 pages built at launch23 requests per month
Growth$999$99 (required)Up to 15 pages built at launch36 requests per month

Where the monthly plan is marked required, the website is provided as an ongoing service and the launch fee alone does not buy a standalone site. Where it is optional, you may buy the build on its own; hosting is then included for twelve months from the day your site goes live, after which keeping it online requires an active monthly plan.

Pages. A plan's page count is how many pages the launch fee pays us to design and build. It is not a limit on your site. Extra pages built for launch are $50 each. Once your site is live, adding a page is an update request (section 5), and more pages never change your monthly fee.

More than one website. One account can hold several sites, and most of what follows applies to each of them separately. Each site carries its own plan at the prices above — a second website is a second plan, not a second site added to the one you already pay for — unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing, or a discount is applied to your account. Update requests are the exception: those are shared, and section 5 says how.

2. Fees

  • The launch fee is charged once, when you buy. On plans with a required monthly fee it is billed as a one-time charge on your first invoice.
  • Monthly fees are charged in advance on the same day each month, by the card you gave at checkout, and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax we are required to collect, which is calculated at checkout.
  • If a payment fails we will retry it and email you. If it has not cleared after fourteen days we may suspend your site until it does.
  • We may change our prices, but not the price you are already paying without telling you at least thirty days beforehand by email. You may cancel before the new price applies.

3. Refunds

  • Launch fee. Refundable in full any time before we begin design work on your site. Once design work has begun it is not refundable, because it pays for work already done. If you are unsure whether work has started, ask us — we will tell you straight.
  • Monthly fees. Not refundable for part of a month. Canceling stops the next charge rather than refunding the current one.
  • Extra requests. Refundable while unused. Once a request has been carried out it is not.

4. Building your site

Your plan includes the number of revision rounds shown above. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes to the design before your site goes live. Further rounds, or changes to what we agreed to build, are extra work and we will quote for them before doing them.

We need text, images, logos and access from you to build anything. We will tell you what we need and when. If we do not hear back for sixty days we may treat the build as paused and stop reserving time for it; your launch fee stays credited to the project.

5. Update requests

An update request is one reasonable change to your live site — editing text, swapping an image, updating your hours, adding a page or a section of one. We will tell you before starting if something you have asked for is larger than one request.

  • Your monthly allowance refreshes at the start of each billing period. Unused requests from your allowance roll over for one billing period and then expire: carried requests are used before the new month's allowance, and you can never carry more than one month's allowance forward. On a three-request plan that means you start a month with at most six.
  • Requests you buy separately are added to your balance and do not expire while your account is active. They are used only after your monthly allowance is gone.
  • If your account holds more than one website, your requests are shared across all of them. There is one balance, whatever each site's plan contributes to it, and you decide which site a request is spent on. A month where one site needs everything and the other needs nothing is how it is meant to work.
  • A new page is one request when it is built from what your site already has. A request is not a redesign, a new integration, or work on anything other than a site we built for you.
  • We do not guarantee a turnaround time. We aim to start requests within two business days and will tell you if something will take longer.

6. What we need from you

  • Accurate contact and billing details, kept current. We send everything — including sign-in links and billing notices — to the email address on your account.
  • The right to use everything you give us. By sending us text, images, logos or other material you confirm you own it or are licensed to use it, and that publishing it will not infringe anyone's rights. This is the one promise we rely on and cannot verify.
  • Responsibility for what your site says. You approve the content before it goes live.
  • Access to your portal for support: you agree that our support staff may open your portal account to help you, within the limits described in our Privacy Policy.

7. What we will not host

We will not build or host a site that:

  • breaks the law, or helps someone else break it;
  • infringes copyright, trademarks or anyone's privacy;
  • hosts malware, phishing pages, or deceptive payment or sign-in forms;
  • publishes material that is defamatory, harassing, or sexual content involving minors;
  • sends bulk unsolicited email, or exists mainly to manipulate search rankings.

We may take a site offline immediately if it does one of these things. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

8. Hosting and availability

We host on Cloudflare's network. We aim to keep your site online continuously and we monitor it, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure and we do not give service credits for downtime. Neither we nor anyone else can promise a website never goes down.

Hosting has no page limit. We do not charge for hosting by the page, so your site can grow without changing your monthly fee. The one ceiling is technical: a site of more than 20,000 files is outside these plans, and we will tell you and agree a price before yours gets there.

We may change how and where your site is hosted, including moving it between providers, provided the site keeps working. We keep backups and will use them to restore your site if something goes wrong, but backups are our operational tool rather than a service we guarantee to you.

This is not a PCI or HIPAA environment. It is not built or certified to hold card numbers or protected health information, and we do not sign business associate agreements. Do not use a form we provide to collect card details, or health information about someone who can be identified.

That is a limit worth knowing before it matters rather than after. If you take payments, use a payment provider that collects the card on their own pages — that is how our own checkout works, and it keeps the card details away from your site entirely. If people might send you something sensitive anyway, ask us: we can put a short notice under the field telling them what not to include, which is the fix that actually works.

If what you need genuinely requires a compliant environment, say so early. We would rather tell you honestly that this service is not the right home for it than find out afterwards.

9. Who owns what

  • Yours. Your content — text, images, logo, brand, domain name and anything else you supply — stays yours throughout. You never assign it to us.
  • Yours once paid for. The finished design of your site, and the page content we produce specifically for you, become yours once you have paid the launch fee in full.
  • Ours. The framework, components, templates and tooling we build every site from remain ours. While your account is active you have a license to use them as part of your site. We reuse them for other customers, which is what keeps a site this fast affordable.
  • Your domain. Yours, always, whoever registered it. If we hold it or its DNS on your behalf we will transfer it to you on request.
  • Showing your site. We may name you and show your site as an example of our work. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

10. Your visitors' data

How we handle your data, and the data of people who visit superherotech.ai, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Where your site collects inquiries through a form we provide, we handle those inquiries on your behalf and only to pass them to you and keep the service working. The people who fill that form in are your contacts, not ours; we do not market to them and we do not sell or share inquiry data. You are responsible for what you tell your visitors about how you use it, and for having a lawful basis to hold it.

11. Canceling

You can cancel at any time, and we will not ask you to give notice or explain why. Email us at hello@superherotech.ai from the address on your account, or cancel from your billing page.

  • Canceling stops the next payment. Your plan, and your site, run to the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • After that your site comes offline and we stop hosting it. On a plan where the monthly fee is optional, hosting instead runs to the end of the twelve months included with your build.
  • Ask us before then and we will give you a copy of your site's content and the finished design you own, in a form you can hand to another provider. We are not obliged to give you our framework, and we cannot migrate the site to another host for you.
  • We keep your account data for ninety days after cancellation in case you come back, then delete it.

We may suspend or end your service if you do not pay, or if you break the hosting rules above. Except where we need to act at once, we will give you fourteen days' notice and a chance to put it right. If we end your service for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of what you have paid.

12. Everything else

Payment terms, liability, confidentiality, indemnification, how we change these terms and which law applies are all in the Ecropolis Terms of Service, in effect from August 24, 2026. If something goes wrong, talk to us first at hello@superherotech.ai — almost everything is fixable by email.
